Thefullpenaltyofthelawhasbeenvisited;thedemandsofjusticehavebeenmet;andheavenandearth,beholding,declaretherighteousnessofJehovah。

Satan’sworkofruinisforeverended。Forsixthousandyearshehaswroughthiswill,fillingtheearthwithwoeandcausinggriefthroughouttheuniverse。Thewholecreationhasgroanedandtravailedtogetherinpain。NowGod’screaturesareforeverdeliveredfromhispresenceandtemptations。

There,immortalmindswillcontemplatewithnever-failingdelightthewondersofcreativepower,themysteriesofredeeminglove。Therewillbenocruel,deceivingfoetotempttoforgetfulnessofGod。Everyfacultywillbedeveloped,everycapacityincreased。Theacquirementofknowledgewillnotwearythemindorexhausttheenergies。Therethegrandestenterprisesmaybecarriedforward,theloftiestaspirationsreached,thehighestambitionsrealized;andstilltherewillarisenewheightstosurmount,newwonderstoadmire,newtruthstocomprehend,freshobjectstocallforththepowersofmindandsoulandbody。

AllthetreasuresoftheuniversewillbeopentothestudyofGod’sredeemed。Unfetteredbymortality,theywingtheirtirelessflighttoworldsafar——worldsthatthrilledwithsorrowatthespectacleofhumanwoeandrangwithsongsofgladnessatthetidingsofaransomedsoul。Withunutterabledelightthechildrenofearthenterintothejoyandthewisdomofunfallenbeings。TheysharethetreasuresofknowledgeandunderstandinggainedthroughagesuponagesincontemplationofGod’shandiwork。Withundimmedvisiontheygazeuponthegloryofcreation——sunsandstarsandsystems,allintheirappointedordercirclingthethrone678

ofDeity。Uponallthings,fromtheleasttothegreatest,theCreator’snameiswritten,andinallaretherichesofHispowerdisplayed。

Andtheyearsofeternity,astheyroll,willbringricherandstillmoregloriousrevelationsofGodandofChrist。Asknowledgeisprogressive,sowilllove,reverence,andhappinessincrease。ThemoremenlearnofGod,thegreaterwillbetheiradmirationofHischaracter。AsJesusopensbeforethemtherichesofredemptionandtheamazingachievementsinthegreatcontroversywithSatan,theheartsoftheransomedthrillwithmoreferventdevotion,andwithmorerapturousjoytheysweeptheharpsofgold;andtenthousandtimestenthousandandthousandsofthousandsofvoicesunitetoswellthemightychorusofpraise。
